All you need to know about our payments, shipping & handling policy.

Shipping is free for all orders above Rs.5000. For orders below Rs.5000, we charge Rs.100 as shipping & handling charges. The same is added to your bill at checkout.

We accept all major debit & credit cards, Net Banking and Payu Money at checkout.

Currently, we only offer shipping in India.

Orders are shipped within 3 days through registered domestic courier companies to all pin codes where courier service is supported by our logistics partners. Please note Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Delhi, India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7 business days from receipt of payment

1. We allow return or exchange of products if there is a manufacturing defect or a damage in transit. Our products are handmade and some variations are part of the handmade process.

2. All product dimensions and materials are mentioned on each product. We do not entertain exchanges for size-related issues.

3. Please email our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will resolve the issue within 48 working hours.

4. Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.

5. Given the handmade nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

6. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the product by The Wishing Chair, provided goods are received in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse or receipt of request for cancellation of order. Refund is made to the same mode of order payment.

If you made a mistake when placing an order, you can contact Customer Support to cancel the order without any charges, provided it has not already left our warehouse (typically 2-3 hours). Beyond this timeframe, you may cancel the order with a 20% restocking fee which we will debit on the refund amount.
