Return/ Exchange Policy
You can request a garment return request within 7 days of delivery as long as the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with all the packaging & tags.
You will get a credit voucher for the amount (Shipping /COD fee excluded) which is valid for 6 months.
To request a return, pls send an email to [email protected] with the order number and details of the issue. We will arrange a reverse pick-up. Upon receiving the garment & checking it, we will issue a credit voucher. This generally takes 10-15 days.
